Get a head start on Easter with a trip on the Smoky Valley Limited’s “Cottontail Express,” the Abilene and Smoky Valley Railroad’s Easter weekend train! Join us for a two-hour train ride through the river valley to our destination at the Hoffman Mill and General Store in Enterprise, with a classic “Easter Eve” meal, prepared by Broadway Station in Herington. Enjoy barbeque pork chops, a fresh house salad with creamy ranch dressing, coleslaw, a baked potato with butter and sour cream, and for dessert, pineapple upside cake. Complimentary coffee, iced tea and water accompanies hour meal, and soft drinks, beer and wine is available for purchase. Our rail adventure leaves the Rock Island Depot at 6:00 p.m. for a two-hour ride through the Smoky Hill River Valley, featuring a stop in Enterprise Kansas, at the Hoffman Mill and General Store.
