Our Group Office staff is dedicated to ensuring a great experience when booking 20 or more seats onboard all of our year-round train excursions. We welcome motor coach tour groups, family and military reunions, church and business groups, clubs, wedding and birthday celebrations, and private charters.
Tour Groups & Travel Professionals
Our Office understands the unique needs of Tour Operators and Travel Professionals. For contracted OTAs, FITs, MICE, or curated groups (20 or more seats). We are members of the American Bus Association (ABA), National Tour Association (NTA), International Inbound Travel Association (IITA) and GoWest.

The ASVRR is eager to work closely with you to design your ideal event with the charter of a single car or of the entire train, a reception or meeting in our museum, or a catered dinner!
