It’s been said that there’s nothing more romantic than Italian food, and on Saturday, September 19, bring your date and take the train for a great Italian dinner on the Abilene and Smoky Valley’s Smoky Valley Limited. Our Date Night train features a copped Italian salad, your choice of lasagna or chicken alfredo, with bread sticks and three bean salad. Top it off with a piece of Italian lemon cream cake. Iced tea or water accompanies your meal. Your two-hour train ride includes a round trip to Enterprise, where we stop to tour the Hoffman Mill and Country Store. The train departs Abilene’s historic Rock Island Depot at 6:00 p.m. As someone once said, “life is a combination of magic and pasta.” And we promise to make this date night truly magical on the A&SV’s Smoky Valley Limited.”
