Chef Manfred of Schatzi’s Schnitzel Haus in Riley offers these entrees with spaetzle, mushroom sauce, and red cabbage. And for dessert? Chocolate Mousse made with a dash of Mozart (chocolate) liqueur. Soft drinks and water will be available. Our two-hour journey begins at 5:00 p.m. at Abilene’s Rock Island Depot, featuring a stop in nearby Enterprise, Kansas, for a tour of the Hoffman Mill and Gift Shop.
