Our Smoky Valley Limited dinner train will be cooking up some great, Kansas-grown Munson beef from the Brookville Hotel. Enjoy a delicious KC strip or ribeye streak, cooked to your perfection, with those classic Brookville Hotel sides: mashed potatoes with cream gravy, cream style corn, coleslaw, and homemade biscuits, topped off with the Brookville Hotel’s old fashioned homemade ice cream for dessert. Iced tea and water accompany the meal, and for an extra charge, beer and wine is available. Our two-hour classic railroad journey begins at 6:00 p.m. from Abilene’s classic Rock Island Depot, with a stop in Enterprise, Kansas, at the Hoffman Mill and Country Store!
