Dinner Train (Diesel)

It’s the signature meal of Kansas! Kansas Legends of Abilene presents its famous Brookville Hotel Fried Chicken dinner on the Abilene and Smoky Valley Railroad! Kansas’ best fried chicken and those famous Brookville Hotel side dishes: real mashed potatoes and gravy, creamed corn, homemade biscuits, sweet and sour coleslaw and the traditional salad items. Vanilla ice cream with homemade caramel and chocolate sauces for dessert, as well as beverage options of coffee or iced tea. It’s Kansas home cooking at its best while you travel by rail through the Smoky Hill River Valley in newly painted, climate controlled antique dining cars. Our train will be powered by our vintage 1945 Also diesel switch engine.
