The A&SV Smoky Valley Limited special Father’s Day leaves Abilene’s historic Rock Island Depot at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 16, with a menu perfect for dad’s special day. Beef kabobs made from homegrown Munson Ranch beef from Legacy Kansas in Abilene will be served with sweet and sour coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, homemade biscuits, creamed corn and a chocolate brownie drenched in whipped topping for dessert! Complimentary iced tea and water will be served, and for a little extra, enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine with your meal. Do something different for Father’s Day this year! Take the train and ride in air conditioned comfort in our antique passenger coaches through the Smoky Hill River Valley as you enjoy a taste of Kansas from Legacy Kansas on the Smoky Valley Limited!
